Q. How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Since this is a one-girl-shop, delay may happen due to the volume of the orders. If you are really in a hurry, please leave us a message at the check out page, thank you.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

For domestic orders, first class mail may take 3-6 business days. In many cases, it will take only 3-4 business days.

For international orders, first class mail may take 15 to 20 business days. International order time is highly dependent on the season and the speed of your custom’s service, as well as your local post service proceed your packages.

 

Q.  Can I track the shipping of my order?

Yes, all our packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in an email as soon as we ship your order.

💁🏻‍♀️You should be able to track your orders on your order page. Please remember that the shipping status we can see is the same as what you can see on your page. Once the package is in post office's hand, it's beyond our control and there is nothing we can do about it. If you have any concern about your package, you should contact your local post office directly.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

 

Q. I forgot to add something, can I still add them to my existing order?

Of course you can!  As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can always make an additional order with combined shipping charge.  Just send us an email and place your order, we will make a refund for the combined shipping, and we will ship everything altogether for you!

 

Q. Can you provide any faster shipping than USPS first class?

 

You can choose USPS Priority Mail, UPS, DHL.  

According to the USPS, Priority Mail takes an average of 1 to 2 days to arrive for New York address, it takes 2 to 3 days for other states. Priority Mail shipments include up to $50 of free insurance. For more valuable shipments, additional coverage is usually available.

Q. What would happen if I order pre-order items with other in stock items together?

We strongly suggest you order pre-order items separately with other "Ready-to-ship" items in the shop. Otherwise, your order will NOT be shipped prior when pre-order arrives.  Thank you for your understanding.

 

Q. Can I cancel pre-order items?

You can ONLY cancel your pre-order items within 12 hours. No Cancel after 12 hours.

 

Q. Do you do gift wrapping for special occasions?

Yes we do.  If  your order was made for a specific occasion, please kindly leave us a note at the check out page and we will make special packaging that fit your needs.

 

Q. Do you have wholesale offers?
